If I can't lift much weight the first few times deadlifting, does it mean I am not naturally very strong?

I am a 36 year old guy who is 5'8" and weigh about 171 pounds. For the past two years every other day I have been doing pull ups (5 sets of 10), push ups (75), planks, sit ups (50), leg lifts (50), bodyweight squats (30), and bodyweight lunges (24). I recently heard that deadlifting is the truest test of strength. So I tried to deadlift for the first time almost four weeks ago and was embarrassed and humiliated. I only started out at about 120 pounds (3 sets of 8 reps)! The next week I was doing 135 (three sets of 8 reps)! Then, just recently, in my last deadlifting session I was only doing sets of 145 pounds and it felt somewhat heavy. There are bone skinny 105 pound and 110 pound women on youtube who are doing 300 pounds! And even the females who are new to deadlifting are all doing about 200 pounds in their first few weeks. There was this one tiny bone skinny 105 woman in particular who started out deadlifting 115 pounds and then a month later she maxed at 180 pounds! It has been over three weeks for me and I probably couldn't do 160! What is wrong with me!? Am I just naturally an extremely weak man? Why was my starting weight so much lower than everyone else's? Most women on youtube can do 150 pounds or more their first time deadlifting. People in forums say you should easily be able to deadlift your weight the first time. I can't do near that and I am an athletic guy. Even if I haven't been doing deadlifts, I have been doing bodyweight squats and lunges for the past two years. So, the fact that I am so extremely weak at the deadlift is a red flag that something is not right. I studied real hard and I learned how to do proper form in the deadlift, too. I am getting proper rest in between deadlifting sessions, too. The problem here is lack of strength. My grip is definitely strong enough because of the pull ups I did. Most people (especially women) can deadlift a lot but they have problems with the grip but the grip is not my problem. My problem is that I might have the weakest lower back and glutes and leg muscles of any man in the world. This is humiliating! I keep thinking, "Is something wrong? Why am I so naturally weak? No grown man at my weight is this weak. Do I have cancer or something?"

I've always been lonely. I have somewhat of a dysfunctional family, we only tolerate and care for each other but there is no love. I have friends, but they're just friends nothing close. I've never had a guy my entire life. I feel very alone. Like my sisters always get guys and they tell them they love them but I've never had that. Ive never had that feeling of someone loving me. I am considering starting a brackish aquarium. What plants and fish can I include?

My husband and I have several aquariums, but they are really just beginner tanks. I have a thriving semi-aggressive community in a 40 gallon, a betta in a 5 gallon, a tropical community in a 55, a molly/guppy nursery in a 10, and one single little green spotted puffer in a ten. He is small right now, only an inch, but I know he is going to get much larger. My husband and I purchased him quite by accident. He was labeled as a freshwater puffer, and the salesperson said he would be fine in our large community tank. After about fifteen minutes of watching him chase mollies and neons around, we decided to isolate him in a ten gallon, and do some research. As it turns out, we'd purchased a brackish fish that will require a really large tank as an adult. I do not relish the idea of buying a 30+ gallon tank for ONE fish. What fish species would be good tankmates, and what kinds of plants would you recommend? Also, what is a good resource for planning a tank like this? Thanks!

Stick with 13 credits. Lab classes tend to be a lot of work for a little credit. Plus you have a job and you need to figure out how to balance work and class. Worst case scenario of a light schedule is that your schedule is too easy and you get straight A's. Worst case scenario of a heavy schedule is that you get overwhelmed and do poorly in your classes. You can make up that extra class in a later semester or as a summer course.

How do I stay motivated to do well in school?

I'm sixteen years old and next year I'll be in my sophmore year. This year, I was in all H1 classes (the highest you can be in) and I did alright-I did really well the first term, but after that my grades were mostly B's. That screwed up my chances of getting into AP Calc senior year, because it's based off of your Algebra 2 score, and I missed it by about four points. I feel that 2000 is such a huge step over 1990 even though it's only a 10 point difference. Don't forget your SAT IIs! I can only speak for the Ivies, but you should try to get three SAT IIs. Thirteen years &pregnant ?

think about...my nuclear family... I'm a single guy who's in his late 30s who's been working mostly as a temp the past several years, but the assignments have dried up pretty much, due to the economy and outsourcing.. I'm living presently at my Dad's house.. part of me wants to just get out of NY altogether ... it's expensive to live here..and I'm just in general dissatisfied with how far I've gone in life.. Back to my nuclear family - this consists of my Dad and younger brother - he's entering his late 30s now and also single. My Dad's short-term memory is somewhat slowing down.. there were times when he locked himself out of his house, and thanks to me being around and out of work, I was able to help him get back in. I worry about him. My brother started a new time-demanding office job, and we're proud of him. At the same time, he's not that available to help out my Dad, as he'd like. And we don't hold that against my bro at all.. I'm pleased that he's doing well (he was out of work prior to that too for awhile) and wish him much success. I don't know guys and gals - should I consider the move out (this would be risky since I don't have any opportunities waiting for me) or stick around here? I just can't see myself doing all that well in NY - I'm bright, but I guess not a genius or highly super bright, since I didn't study engineering, physics or statistics and earned PhDs, and now am a professor or a highly paid consultant for a pharmaceutical company. My parents want me to retake SAT? Help?

So I just got my SAT scores (470 M, 560 CR, 630 W), 1660 total. Now, I know that for most people that may seem a bit low, but I honestly tried hard and studied to the best of my abilities. However, my parents want me to retake the rest again, mainly because they think that I won't get into any colleges with such a low score. I took a SAT prep course last summer, and I got around the same score for every practice test that I took, so I feel like if I took the SAT a second time, my score probably wouldn't change that much. I also find studying (especially math in general) to be extremely painful, and I really don't want to sit through a three hour test again. What should I do? I'm already somewhat satisfied with my score, I already know what schools I want to apply for.

Ok, so junior year just ended less than a week ago and i'm very nervous if i'm going to get accepted into Uconn or not. This is my story: Freshman year wasn't the best, I did reciever a couple C's and the rest A's and B's while taking no honors or AP classes. Sophmore year, I took all honors classes and recieved only 1 C which was a 79 and was in a half year civics course and the rest A's and B's. The last marking period I did recieve straight A's in all my honors classes. The year that just ended, I took all honors classes, and 2 AP classes,AP stats and AP language and Composition (english), and one housatonic community college class (Hcc agebra 2) and recieved no C's all A's and B's and the last marking period I recieved all A's and an 89, 1 point short from straight A's -___- lol and now senior year, i'm taking 1 Hcc class (Hcc Pre calc), 3 AP classes (AP U.S. History, AP Literature, and AP Physics) 2 of which are Uconn classes (History and Physics) and honors anatomy. Now my gpa is around a 3.6 and If not in the top 20 then probably close like 21 or 22. Now the big problem is my SAT score. I recieved a terrible score, a 1310 :( but do plan on retaking my SAT's in october and november. Btw i have played football all 4 years of highschool and was on the weight lifting team all 4 years. and I do some community service like I helped out in the younger schools. Also I met but mainly exceeded my schools requirements of number of classes and Uconns requirements of number of classes of each course to get accepted. But my only problem is my SAT score. I know im going to retake it and try to get a better score but using the score I got (1310) can I still get accepted into Uconn? I'm very nervous and I need some answers please :)

Is my foot sprained, did i pull a tendon, or is it just bruised?

i was doing back handsprings this morning, and my arms gave out in one of them, and i fell to the ground. i landed on the top part of my foot; my foot was flipped upside down when i fell, and all my body weight landed on it too. it hurt a LOT on contact, but i got up and continued to tumble, because in the moment, the pain didn't seem as bad. BUT progressively throughout the day, the pain through my foot gets worse and worse.i have extreme difficulty walking, and even just sitting there the pain is almost unbearable. and it feels like there is a large spot on the part of the top of my foot that is most towards my ankle area. and then the pain travels in a distinct line down towards my middle toe. (thats the part that worries me that its a problem with a tendon, etc) my foot is somewhat swollen, but a distinct bruise is not noticable. anybody know what this is most likely?

20 credit hours per semester - manageable?

It sounds like your going into this with a very cocky attitude. If you can stay cocky once you get that homework load I think you'll do fine. All the people I know who load up on credit hours like that seem to spend most of their time talking about how much work they have though, not necessarily complaining, more like bragging. But if you think you can do it, and then you do do it, I'm sure you will have a fantastic time telling your fellow astrophysicists how you did a bunch of extra work to get an extra degree.

Hi friends, I'm a Christian and I love God so much and spending time with Him. I also have a passion for horses, and love working with them and spending time with them too. But there's a point when I go back to daily living(I work about 15 to 20 hours a week, I am budgeting an apartment on my own with the other extra house expenses, try spending time with unsaved family members and witness to them, I work with unsaved people at work and try to witness) it all leaves me drained and completely restless. I somewhat feel distanced from God, I feel strong withdrawal and yearning to be with Him and be with the horses(God uses horses to quiet me and draw me closer to Him by the way along with my Bible) and I get excitable or just such a sense of disquieting within my soul around people whom I can feel negative vibes out of. I wonder sometimes if it's just me or if my sweet Savior is trying to tell me something that I'm missing. I just wrestle with demons about everyday. I don't have a horse of my own that I can just go to everyday and sit down and open up my Bible and just relish in Jesus' sweet sweet presence. I meditate in my apartment but then of course I have to get up later and make something to eat, do other stuff in my apartment and go to work. I long for just peace and stillness with Him( Psalm 46:10) and I really want a horse of my own too someday. I don't really know what else to do except keep hanging on to Him and get through the wounds of the day. And I don't really have the money to even take riding or driving lessons with horses. If you can tell me otherwise what a good option that can lead to positive change and routine in my spiritual life might be I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Different bodies need different calorie intakes, no matter their height and weight. when people tell you you need a certain number of calories for your height and weight, you should be AROUND that intake, but if you feel fine with less or more, it's fine simply because ur body doesnt need the same foods and such as any other person. You don't have the exact same body as anyone else.

Why is this happining?

Well I spent the day at six flags today it was fun and only one of my firiends did not feel good, we ignored him and he sat out. We rode alot of stuff and it was hot out kind of. Help!? I don't know what's wrong with my dog!!?

My dog is 4 yrs old. But I have no clue whats wrong with him. He wont eat. He won't drink. Unless ou force him!! He's been like this for a couple weeks now. And well we took him to the vets. And the guy said he's a mean dog. But he had (i guess) what's called a worm inside him. And the vet gave us medicine where we gave it to my dog. And he got somewhat better, but like I don't know why to do. Plus I was gone for a day at my friends and when I came home I was like " heyy Jackie" ( btw his name is jack) and he frikin growled at me. An all I did was pet him. And he growls alot at people. Should I retake the SAT subject test for Math II?

My Friends are Constantly Leaving me Out?

I just turned 13 on Sunday, and this has been going on forever now. Not since I've turned 13. You see, I'm friends with two girls(No names..sorry.) Should I go on Accutane?

I am 17 and I first got acne when I was 13 and it got pretty bad until I was 15 when I went through a 5 month cycle of accutane. I was reasonably clear for about 2 years but its come back close to how bad it was originally. I am concerned about going on accutane again (all other treatments didn't work) because I have recently heard of all the horror stories of people getting Crohn's Disease and IBD while taking the drug, but so far the last time the only side effects I had was red dry skin. Do you guys think those serious side effects would have showed up by now or do they come later in life? I am somewhat deciding just to wait out and hope that in time it will fade away but I know that is not the case for a lot of people. What do you think?

For a long time in my life I have been abused and bullied, both by my parents and people in school. I also had precocious puberty which caused accelerated bone age, so that I stopped growing before I was supposed to and now I've been only 5'1 and about 85 llbs for the entirety of highschool and was always picked on by boys calling me ugly, even though I was shy and minded my own business. And he wasn't even good looking himself lol, but he was huge, so maybe he just hated my size? idk, whatever. I've been working out like crazy and barely loosing weight?

Back in february I started working out everyday, I mean I already had a somewhat fast metabolism but I wanted to tone up and lose a couple pounds. So I've been exercising 1-2 hours a week with lots of cardio and weights. I also changed my eating habits completely like I stopped eating out and ate everything fresh. Now as I'm looking at my results I've only gained 10 lbs from my old weight due to muscle, and I've toned up a lot but my stomach hasn't barely gotten smaller and I still have a gut. My arms are still fatty underneath my armpit area and my thighs have barely shrinked. I also drink 2-3 liters of water daily and I'm constantly active. I need help? What am I doing wrong? Basically your GPA doesn't count for anything because teachers give you a grade if you finish your work. Your SAT score indicates that you are just finishing the work, but not really understanding or thinking about your work. Let's be real. Getting into colleges like Berkeley is EXTREMELY competitive. You need to re-take the SAT or ACT and study for it. Work on your essays for entrance. When you get out of college you will be competing for jobs, so you had better get used to it.

Bassoonists: Do you use a hand rest when playing?

I use a seat strap, and I find that my left hand tends to slip/move and get tired. I have heard about hand support when playing bassoon and I have a hand rest, I just dont know where to put it or how to use it. Should I take Calc BC or Stats?

Next year I will be a senior in high school. Last year, I took 3 AP classes, including AP Calc AB. I had a tough time with the class (mostly because of the teacher) and ended up with a C, then a B but I got a 5 on the AP test. I don't want to keep hitting my GPA like that (which is a 4.33 weighted and a 3.63 unweighted) so I signed up for Stats, which is easily the easiest class at our school. I got my SAT scores back though and I got a 2050, which combined with my AP scores, ridiculous extra-curriculars, volunteer work, etc puts me in contention for some great colleges, like Stanford. That is my biggest goal, but I don't know if I should take BC or Stats. BC is with the same teacher and I already will be taking AP Gov't and AP Lit. What should I do?

Okay so last week i found out I had Gonorrhea... I think i got it because there was a point with me and my boyfriend when we went on a break. But thats not why i am posting this. Honestly, I thought precal was a waste of time and in some ways more difficult than Calc I and didnt prepare me for Calc. I wouldn't take it again. I make a lot of little errors as well. You just need to double and triple check your answers on tests. As far as remembering everything, yeah that's hard... you might try & take all the Calc at a comm. college, sometimes they might set it up so you have a take home test or something.

College Placement Math Exam?? I FAILED?

So I'm going to be a freshman at Purdue and I took their placement test, only about 35 questions, it took me an hour and I felt like I knew more than 70% and that I actually did well. Although I've never really done great in math, Igot a B- in honors Algebra and an A in college prep pre calc. I also got a 610 on my SAT math portion- so i'm not special needs or anything. But after I took the test I was shocked to get a 43!? Is this normal?? I took the test again and got a 33... so I have no idea what to do or what this means. I know that I"ll be in a really low level math class but i'm not retarded.. i guess i'm just confused

Help, Its ruining my teeth?

So I have had my braces on for a long time, 3-4 years and my teeth werent bad to begin with, just an overbite. I was supposed to get my top braces off two days ago but they said they wanted to get rid of a space inbetween two of my teeth so they put these bands that overlp my wires and go around my brackets. Before, the braces have not helped my ovebite but within two hours, my mother could already notice a difference. My teeth hurt so bad that I cant chew, Alls ive eaten is pudding and soup, and no, my teeth have been pulled in so far that when i close my mouth normally, my top front teeth are directly above my bottom fromt teeth and so only my top 2 and bottom 2 teeth touch when i normally close my mouth, for it to be somewhat normal I have to slide my jaw back alot. I was supposed to schedule an appt. for 2-3 weeks but they coulden't get me in for 2 months so... if two days has already overcorrected my teech, and the bands are still pulling really tight, will they ruin my teeth? Could be signs of schizophrenia but could also be paranormal. I would hate for a dr to diagnose you with that if you are experiencing paranormal activity. Do you know anyone that is a sensitive to spirits? If not maybe you can find a digital recorder and ask questions to the thin air, leave pauses to see if anyone answers. If there is something recorded on the tape then you are not hallucinating you are just sensitive to spirits,whichh is nothing you should fear because they can't hurt you. Even if it is all in your head it still can't hurt you but you nee to go back on your meds then to see if it stops. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I hope you find the answers you need...

I hate those people. What do they really know? They are in these vehicles that are meant to withstand things. They put themselves in it. And then they act like they know everything. Any thoughts on a congested kitten?

I have a nine week old kitten who has been sneezing quite a bit. He's acting normal (as far as I can tell I've only had him two days) he eats, drinks, uses the litter box and plays, but the only problem is he sounds somewhat congested and sneezes very often. We are supposed to use the limit definition (x+h) for this problem, so I have (1 / (x+h) + 3) - (1/x+3) / h , this is where im stumped im not sure how to rationalize these two fractions, the answer given to the problem is 1/(x+3)^2 if that helps.

My 5 month old baby is taking less formula milk after starting on solids?

I started introducing a bit of solid to my baby since he completes 4� months, he really likes it. Now he's five months and still taking one solid feed a day followed by formula milk (stopped breastfeeding as my milk has stopped coming out). But now for the last three days, he relishes on the solid food but takes only a bit of formula milk. What do I do about this jacket?

Bought a leather jacket yesterday. It is really cropped and I like it a lot. A very fashionable jacket. It looks like a girls jacket but I got it from the guy section. Question about my class schedule for senior year?

I'm going to be a senior next year at a public school in california. I was just wondering if it would look really bad not to take a science next year. I took regular bio freshman year, regular chem sophomore year, and ap bio junior year, and i dont plan on taking a science next year. I am going to take 4 AP classes next year and Calc C/D, but im not taking any science. if i do take a science, it would probably be physics. but does it look really bad if i dont take one at all? i want to go to berkeley, ucla, or possibly an ivy league school like columbia or dartmouth.

Girls opinions please?

So im just looking for a girls opinion on what is going through my ex girlfriends mind at this point. She broke up with me about 3 months ago, started seeing someone else a month after we broke up but we have remained somewhat friends.we lost our virginities to each other so had a very strong bond and even after the break up have talked about alot of serious things. recently though, she has been ignoring me more and more. taking her time to get back to me when we are texting. she is usually the one to initiate the contact as well. just yesterday she changed her profile pic on facebook to a picture of her and her new guy, which obviously at first, was hard for me to see. I know she is happy with him, and i really am happy for her. Thats all i want is for her to be happy. I mean, yes, i do hope to get back together someday, but i know that day isnt right now so im being patient right now and wating to see if that day will come. Im just wondering what i should do. should i text her or facebook a message to her saying i think we should stop talking for alittle while? It still hurts when she ignores me especially with some of the things we have been through. I am a good person, dont like to start conflicts, but a part of me feels like i just need to tell her that she isnt treating me well and we itd be best if we just take some time away from talking but if she ever needs me for anything, not to hesitate to text me. not exactly sure what to do. just looking to know what a girlst mind is like after a breakup with someone you lost your virginity to cuz i know it was a very big deal for her and myself, but i also know that she is happy with her new guy, which is a bit tough but its getting easier to deal with taht part. any advice would be great.

What is you schools max GPA? If it is 4.0 then your GPA is pretty good. If it is 5.0 then that definitely needs to go up. The SAT score definitely needs to go up if you want to get into Duke. You have a lot of extracurricular activities and community service, which definitely helps. Take as many AP courses as you can, colleges love those and you get some credit for them as well. If you can raise your SAT then you can definitely get into at least half of your top five.

If you weren't prepared to sit the exam again, why didn't you cancel your scores while you still had the chance? Then Stanford would never have seen them. It is an option to take the ACT instead so you never have to send any of your SAT scores, though. Unfortunately, your grades are higher than your SAT II scores, which suggests to the admissions officers that your teachers are easy graders or that grade inflation is rampant at your school, devaluing your good grades. Try the ACT. Hope that helps.

Hearing voices before I fall asleep...?

Over the past month I've become aware of certain voices that I have been hearing right as I am about to fall asleep. I do not remember ever hearing them before until recently. I know there are scientific reasons as to why one may hallucinate or hear things as they are dozing off, but some of the chatter I hear is not always random, it's almost as if this voice is speaking to me. Its a dull, lulling, almost creepy female (I think) voice... sometimes I catch the voice in snippets of conversation, but once it realizes I'm listening it will say something to me. Last night I remember it saying "I will never hurt you, Alexis." I am never afraid of these voices, but once I hear them - I get up right away. Mind you, I'm pretty much an atheist... However, my mom believes herself to be a somewhat clairvoyant individual and I have a lot of dead relatives. I don't know if this can be explained scientifically or in any other way. I would just like some input. Thanks.

Looking for a comprehensive K-12 level math book. Do you know of one?

I want to give myself a full refreshed understanding of primary and secondary level math, up to calculus 1 or the step just below it (pre-calc as it's usually called). Do you know of a good book for this purpose? I want it to have good explanations, practice questions, and it's important that it's a single book that covers the entire K-12 math curriculum.

Can I get into Dartmouth?

Do you know what your GPA is? Like out of a 4.0 scale? I'd retake the SAT or ACT to see if you could get to at leasta 2100 or a 32 for the scores. If your SAT score is above a 3.8,I'd say you have a solid shot.

Retake the precal and go for a better grade. You already know what to expect. When you get the bettr grade, ask that the former grade be removed from your records. It will raise your grade average.

Well, I think you could get into Rutgers with the 670s. It's not so hard of a school to get into. And no one can predict if you'll do well, but I think with these scores you should get a B or A. You will do fine, just study a lot if it gets difficult! You did better than I did, lol. Don't worry so much :]

Do you think the Bible contains the whole of God's message to people?

I am curious if you think that it is possible that God said everything that needed said to humankind in the books of the Bible or do you think that he might still be "speaking" to people in this day and age? Men physically wrote the Bible so it is hard to believe that they didn't put it into the context of the knowledge/customs of the people at that time period. My understanding is that some books of the Bible were rewritten, excluded, and probably modified to some extent at some point in history, or am I wrong about that? So the real question is do you think that God would stop speaking to us because I would think that God would want us to understand the message rather than hang on the exact words that ultimately were the work of a flawed human understanding of the message. Why aren't there prophets anymore? Does anyone else think that it possible that as humans have advanced in science and our understanding of the universe that God's message to us right now might differ from the message that was delivered to man all those years ago. I don't mean that the core message has changed but our understanding of exact details might shift. An example is "be fruitful and multiply" which would make sence in ancient times where the world didn't have 6 billion people. Do you think God might be wanting to tell us, whoa, ok you got that part figured out, now chill out on it because you are starting to destroy the rest of my creation. All opinions are welcome even for athiests that might have considered this but I don't need preached at so please just give me your personal opinion rather than quoting a bunch of Bible verses or saying God doesn't exist, (you can just pretend he/she does). My laziness and attitude is keeping me from being happy?

I'm 22 and I'm 5'7 and weigh 200 lbs. Its amazing that I've let myself get this way but it happened from over eating and laying down all day everyday watching tv week after week which has added up to more than two years. It sounds crazy but yeah unfortunately I don't have an active life. I worrie about what everyone else is doing and it adds to my negative thinking. But yeah a job agency is helping me find a job and I'm somewhat studying for my GED. I figured the weight thing is a start to gaining confidence but I can't seem to start and if I do its only for a day and I don't continue till weeks later. I'm choosing to live this crappy life and I can't seem to figure out why I don't want to break away from this. I'm a good looking guy who is capable of more( I say this but it doesn't do much for me) I know how to change my life I just don't know when its gonna happen.

Can i lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks by starving?

First of all, let me tell you, you DON'T have an eating disorder. You have an addiction. Second, starving yourself is not healthy, but what you consider "starving" is not starving. A lot of people only eat twice a day, some even once. My advice would be to lower your portion sizes and exercise more. (cardio and weights) Only eating twice a day will not affect your weight. And once you do lose all your fat and begin building up muscle it will become harder to lose that's why you shouldn't have put yourself in this position is the first place. I'm sorry if I have offended you in anyway, I just wanted to point out the straight up truth. Good luck with your weight loss.

Why don't Americans riot anymore?

I mean Canadians riot over a hockey game. What is it that keeps us from rioting in the way we used to or even having massive protests. There isn't a shortage of problems and it isn't like Americans as a whole are completely opposed to violence. The only people that seem to be doing anything are the tea party and they are pretty useless and I don't think they even know what they are protesting. I'm not condoning rioting, but it seems very odd that we haven't had any or even massive protests. You would think that a nation that was so adamantly for hope and change 4 years ago would be super pissed when almost nothing they were promised really happened. Granted I'm somewhat of an anarchist, but even if I weren't I'd still want some kind of change.

Should I double up on math?

I'm a freshman going on to 10th grade, and I am considering doubling up on math. I already took integrated algebra and geometry regents, but my goal is to complete as many AP's as I can before I graduate. I was thinking about taking Trigonometry and Pre-Calc in the same year, so I can take AP calculus in junior year. In my junior year, I plan to take AP Biology and AP Physics, but that's a decision I can make in a later time. I know this could be overwhelming, but I'm ready to take this risk. Should I take two math courses next year?

I'm a high school student and I keep switching on what type of major I would like to major in, in college. I know I want to do something involved with traveling like internationally. I can't stand being around my little sister, ever. What should I do?

It seems like you are in a very tough situation, and I'm really sorry about that. But, I am a little sister of my oldest brother, who also suffered from clinical depression. Actually, there was one point in my life where I was going almost the EXACT same situation, only I was the annoying little sister. I was so upset to come home from school, knowing that I had to completely change my behavior and turn into this little brat because my brother just seemed to treat me like ****. My mother began to realize what was going on (she is a psychiatric nurse), and she said that it is frequent for the older sibling to take out their anger on their younger sibling in a form of confusion, or wanting to feel that someone will love you no matter how you act. And I, too was being a little bratty girl, just because I was unhappy, and because there was no ro-model to show me how I SHOULD act, with a torn relationship with my brother. My brother took depression medication, and I got busy with schoolwork and after school clubs, and soon we argued less, and now we fight every so often, but the arguments never last, and we learn to enjoy each other's company more frequently.

What should I do for my room?

I'm painting my room a dark (but somewhat bright purple) my ceiling and two of my walls are this color. The other two walls are magenta- ish (bright kinda) pink. My room is fairly large. I think my ceiling look's somewhat plain! I was thinking of splatter painting it with the pink color I used on the other two walls. If so how could I do this?
