Help on what classes to take??!?!?!!?

i will be a junior this fall and im having a hard time choosing what classes to take, so far im taking honors. accelerated reading, acc trig and pre calc, spanish 4 which is also honors, anatomy and physiology which is honors, and physics which is also honors, and im taking acc us history. I want to go into the medical field and am planning to go to a competitive college, so i was wondering if this is a good selection of classes. Should I take ap us history instead of acc us history? And should i take ap bio instead of physics? Im soo confused and have no idea plzz give me advice on what i should take and do junior year. Im already doing lots of extra curri. act. and im doing tons o volunteering things. Thank you soo much
