Do I have a chance for these colleges?

Penn State's your safety. UCLA and NYU you'll probably be able to get into. Same thing with UChicago. After that it's not really certain. Any Ivy League or Ivy League caliber school such as Notre Dame is going to be tough to get into. My brother goes to Notre Dame and I wouldn't recommend Notre Dame if you don't like sports or the cold. It probably wouldn't be a good match for you.
