I failed a math class and lost a scholarship hve to wriet a letter to the provost office help!?

honestly it was a hard class calc 3 ... i guess it was my own mistake i was taking a math theory class with it too and i splipped up but icant write that in the letter i was in a car accident to and for some reason it was all down hill after that i was getting these constant migranes every day all day for 4 weeks and i was so worried bout my calc 3 class i didnt want to drop it bc i wouldve went below 12 credits and i wanted to stick it out thinking i could pass now i gotta write a letter to the dean of provost office and explain y they should re instate my scholariship any ideas
