Can i lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks by starving?
First of all, let me tell you, you DON'T have an eating disorder. You have an addiction. Second, starving yourself is not healthy, but what you consider "starving" is not starving. A lot of people only eat twice a day, some even once. My advice would be to lower your portion sizes and exercise more. (cardio and weights) Only eating twice a day will not affect your weight. And once you do lose all your fat and begin building up muscle it will become harder to lose that's why you shouldn't have put yourself in this position is the first place. I'm sorry if I have offended you in anyway, I just wanted to point out the straight up truth. Good luck with your weight loss.
