Is My Dog Dying help fast please!?

She's A beagle/ratterrier/dalmation mix and she is 13 years old she went to the vet today and she has a mysterious wound on her paw and here heart sounds different and is beating at a different pace. she is acting good but is getting deaf but shows no signs of blindness and is somewhat active when there is food around and she's overeweight is hse dying and if so what do ido?
