NJ Real Estate agents, can i re-bid on the same home with a new agent?

I want to buy a home, I found the perfect place unfortunately when I entered negotiations the first time we did not reach a deal, at the same time my real estate agent acted somewhat unprofessional and had a poor sense of business. I since began searching with another agent and that same home is on the market, I would like to see if my seemingly more experienced and business savy agent can negotiate a deal without forgetting to add terms to the contract, pressuring us immensly, not calling in real time w/updates and cursing at my fiance. I feel we may still have a shot at the home we want but seeing as it was shown to us previously by our original agent and we entered negotiations w/him how could that be legal.
