Can you be a mouth breather and have somewhat of a double chin and still be pretty?

I'm not talking about those double chins that look like a butt chin, I'm talking about those chins that look like you have one on top of the other when your mouth is closed. And I'm not talking about a fat chick either, I'm talking about a skinny girl whose lower waist is wider than upper waist.
